In this video 3 person team discuss about Concept Society with Virginia Sharma – Vice President, Marketing and Communications.  Concept Society focus on integrated, holistic & participatory approach the organization aims to provide socio- economic and psychological support to the rural people.  Our challenge — to build out a renewable self-sustaining business plan for a resource center built entirely around up-skilling women from the area, and placing them in the local workplace.  We called it “The WRC” (Women’s Resource Center)
